    Hi,
    I have selected the type as Article in the settings. But all my blog posts have the following schema:

    @type":["Person","Organization"]

    Is this proper for my travel blog as I have seen many others using NewsArticle and Website.

    Also I see that the type is different for the same post in meta and ld+json. I do not have much knowledge on this front, so I am not sure what the difference is between:

    <meta property="og:type" content="article">
    and
    @type":["Person","Organization"]

    Hello,

    Thanks for contacting us.

    The @type":["Person","Organization"] code is generated based on the type of website you have.

    Using Google’s Rich Result testing tool, I tested the link that you’ve provided in the sensitive data section and the schema is detected is Article & Breadcrumb. Please see the screenshot available in the sensitive data section of this ticket.

    <meta property="og:type" content="article"> is a openGraph meta tag that is used by social media platforms like Facebook & Twitter to understand the contents of your page.

    @type":["Person","Organization"] is schema code that is used by search engines to determine the Schemas available on the page. Search engines identify the Schema and thus verify the page contents accordingly.

    Please refer to the below articles for more details:

    Hope this helps.

    Thanks.

    Thanks for the explanation.

    When my schema type is showing as @type":["Person","Organization"] why is the bot identifying it as an Article? (Although this is what I want)

    Hello,

    Thanks for your reply.

    As I mentioned in my previous reply, the @type":["Person","Organization"] code is generated based on the type of website you have.

    Also, if you would closely observe the schema code on your website’s source, you would be able to find the Article schema. https://i.rankmath.com/TB2TzN

    Hope this helps.

    Thanks.

    Thanks for the explanation!
