From what I see the passive event listeners are only used to Audit the page. I don’t see any reason why that would return incorrect schema data since the schema data is added from the PHP file.
Probably there is some other plugin or your theme is conflicting with Rank Math. To determine that, please follow this troubleshooting guide:

I have found the reason why Rank Math Seo is not suitable for Polylang. Leads to other languages not listed in site records and in search results. Although still indexed.
1. Due to using Polylang Plugin + Cache Plugin + RankMath Seo. When the browser caches there are 2 cases
– You must type site profile file in Plugin Cache. Example with Wp Rocket: Settings -> Advanced Rules
–> Never Cache URL(s) –> Remove Sitemap.xml file from Cache ( \sitemap.xml oder
\sitemap_index.xml )
– RankMath Seo does not categorize website profiles by language. So if in the Web site profile (If the
site English and German are available)
Example: https://domain/en/A(en)
https://domain/de/A(de)
The site profiles of these two URLs will be located at: /post-sitemap.xml. When Boot Google to load to
send the profile
webpage. It also chooses only 1 canonical URL to submit to the WEB site profile (/post-sitemap.xml).
Although Google has

1. Sitemap Cache: It is recommended not to cache the sitemap pages because a sitemap should always be up to date with the pages, posts, and custom posts on your website, caching it defeats the purpose. 2. Creating different sitemaps based on the language: We do not create a separate Sitemap for all the languages (even for Posts & Pages). All the Posts, pages, and terms are added in the same Sitemap and they are not divided by the language. Plugins like WPML & Polylang add hreflang tag on the frontend which is used by the Search engines to identify the language of the content.
