Destination Url replaces + sign on links with space when saved

    That is a pretty serious bug. Makes me weary of using the plugin.
    It imported the redirects from the redirection plugin replaced all the + signs with spaces and deactivated it, without any notification.
    Half of my redirects stopped working..

    I am afraid that I cannot replicate this problem on my end. Could you please clone your site to a temporary testing area and test whether the import will succeed when all other plugins are deactivated?
    This will help to rule out conflicts with third party plugins that could be affecting the migration.
