Duplicate OG tags confuse the Social media platforms about which OG tags to prefer and results in further issues.
In your case also, the duplicate OG tags are causing the issue.

Once you find the plugin/theme causing the issue, disable its OG tags and other SEO-related features and then clear your website’s cache to fix this issue.
