    Hello, I am trying to create a GA4 account with my Rank Math installation, but in the “account” drop down I can only choose the demo account. How do I create a “Pluk Wijhe” account?

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math and bringing your concern to our attention. I’m sorry for any inconvenience this issue may have caused you.

    To be able to create a new GA4 property, please try to reconnect by clicking the yellow “Reconnect” link on that page. Also, ensure that you have given all the permissions:

    Once done, clear your website’s cache and try configuring again.

    HI, It’s not working. Step 2 off your tutorial is also not suitable since I do not have a PRO account. I still only have the option to select the demo account and an old account from the past. When I try to connect the demo account I get the notice: “The caller does not have permission”. Is there a way for you to have a look at my set up to see what is going wrong? This shouldn’t be this difficult right?

    Hello,

    The guide provided should work to connect your Google Analytics account. You can connect GA with the the free version however you will not be able to display the stats collected on your WordPress dashboard.

    To troubleshoot further, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

    Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.

    Hello,

    Thank you for the clarification that the website is new. In that case, you will need to create a new Google Analytics property. To do that, You can select Demo Account, then under Select property you can click on “Create new GA4 property”, then click ‘Save Changes’.

    Double check that the GA4 property has been created and saved. For new GA4 properties, you may need to select the property after the page refreshes, then click save changes again.

    Hello,

    Please delete RankMath’s app from your Google apps permissions:

    https://myaccount.google.com/permissions

    After that, reconnect the Google account again, to regenerate the auth token from Google, by going to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Analytics and configure the Search Console and Analytics settings again:

    Kindly check all necessary checkboxes to allow Rank Math to access some of the Google Services. Please check my screenshot below for reference:

    Hi, I created a new google account and did all the things above. What is the next step? How do I now connect my site with Google search console and how do I create an analytics account?

    Hello,

    Please follow this guide to verify your site in your new Google Search Console account: https://rankmath.com/kb/google-site-verification/

    And here is a guide to help you with creating a Google Analytics account: https://blog.hootsuite.com/how-to-set-up-google-analytics/

    Once done, please navigate to WP Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Analytics and connect your new Google account with our plugin and you should be able to connect your GA and GSC properties.
