You might have entered a meta tag there before, please check if there’s a meta tag present by going to Rank Math > General Settings > Webmaster Tools.

If you don’t find any tag by following the above method then you can also try disconnecting your Analytics account by going to Rank Math > General Settings > Analytics > Disconnect:

After that, you will be able to remove a user from your Search Console account.
