Delete info in my previous ticket

  • Hi,

    Trying to replace Yoast with RankMath. Created a new account. Did so by associating my new RM account through/to my Google account. Yet… when I try and log into my new RM account so as to activate RM, your system keeps telling my username and or password are wrong. They aren’t wrong. I’ve tried my correct google email address as my username and my correct google email password a number of times and your system doesn’t accept them. I’ve also tried my wordpress username and password. Same result.
    Can you please advise?
