The URLs in the sensitive data section are all tag URLs and all of them are set to noindex.
If you want to index the tags, please navigate to Rank Math > Titles & Meta > Tags > Enable Tag Archives Robots Meta > check index checkbox > Save:
However, I checked your website on Google, most of the pages are indexed on Google, as the URL is on Google, there is technically no reason for it to not be included in Bing, unless Bing has some reason to not index a page like DMCA, copyright content, nulled content, copied content, etc.
You can contact Bing support and ask them the reason as from checking the page’s source code, there are no apparent issues.
You can refer to all the Webmaster Guidelines and see if your website is violating any guidelines.
You could also try various site audit tools to check if there is an issue with your website.

Still the issue is same. I am following all webmaster guidelines. but still the issue is same. as per bing may be there is some SEO tactics which is against their guidelines. can you please check maybe i have done something with Rank math which i dont know ? I checked the source of your homepage and it is set to Index and listed in the sitemaps. I also checked the canonical URL and the robots.txt and both of them are correct.
The homepage is also properly accessible by Bingbot:
