    I am lost, learning rankmath. I have it installed on my stokesabode.com domain and went through the configuration. all seemed fine, then I wanted to make sure that when I do a blog post from my site it automatically posted to FB, Twitter, Instagram.

    I was unclear as to how to do this (new to WP and Divi Visual Builder) so I called my premiere support. They told me that even though I configured rank math it does not do the posting of a blog to social media and that I had to add jetpack.

    In jetpack they had me go to sharing. It seems to work but the images posted are random from the page post. I cannot figure out how to set the default images for each post or the titles.

    Long and short, They are saying that rankmath is causing the problem and to contact you to find out how to fix it.

    You can follow this tutorial guide to set the social image:

    You can also set a global image that would be used if the social image is not found/added. You can set this global image from your WordPress admin area > Rank Math > Titles & Meta > Global Meta > OpenGraph Thumbnail.

    Please ensure to use the image of the recommended dimensions i.e., 1200px X 630px.

    If the social image is already set, then please share the affected URLs so that we can test them on our end.

    I have an image setup in the social tab in rankmath. If I send my home page link in FB messager it is not that image, it is a random image from the homepage. I wanted to set a default image and be done with it

    As mentioned in my previous reply, you can also set a global/default image that would be used if the social image is not found/added. You can set this global image from your WordPress admin area > Rank Math > Titles & Meta > Global Meta > OpenGraph Thumbnail.

    Thanks for your reply.

    Upon checking your website’s source, I found that the resolution of the social image that you’ve set is too low.

    As mentioned in one of my previous replies, the recommended dimension is 1200px X 630px and the dimensions of the social image on your website is 357px X 238px.

    I discovered that Facebook by default captures the first image on the page it sees and does not update if you change things. If you go to the FB debugger you can clear the image and refresh.

    I also found that i can simply send a url in my FB messenger and verify the correct image displays, if not go to the FB debugger and update the image.
