We just installed and have hundreds of lines like this in our error log. What should we do?
-
FYI: Is this a support ticket or post to a public forum? If public, please move the error message to a private field.
Hello,
Thank you for contacting the support and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.
This is a public forum, so, I have moved your error message to the sensitive data section.
Could you please follow the below steps to check if this resolves the issue?
1. Update to the latest version of Rank Math Free & PRO
2. Ensure that the Advanced Mode is selected:
3. Re-create tables by clicking WP Dashboard > Rank Math > Status & Tools > Database Tools and click the
Re-create database Table
button.
Please let us know if that helps.
Thank you.
Thanks for your quick response. We had just installed RankMath, so I followed your instructions and found “Recreate missing database tables” > “Create Tables” and there was a message that it takes a few minutes to complete. Will I be notified? How do I check?
Hello,
Yes, it does take some time for the recreation of the database table.
You can head over to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Status and Tools > System Status and click on Rank Math to check if the missing Rank Math Redirections table is created or not.
Have a look at the below screenshot for your reference.
If there is some size of the Database tables, as it is in the screenshot, then you can be assured that the database table has been created.
Hope this helps.
Looking forward to helping you.
Thank you.
Thanks. All the tables appear to exist except the 404 log table. Is there something I should do?
Database Table: 404 Log Not found
Database Table: Redirection 32 KB
Database Table: Redirection Cache 32 KB
Database Table: Internal Link 32 KB
Database Table: Internal Link Meta 16 KB
Database Table: Google Search Console 80 KB
Database Table: Flat Posts 256 KBHello,
Could you please head over to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard > Modules and disable and re-enable the 404 Monitor module?
Post that, please check if the Database Table: 404 Log Not found is created in WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Status and Tools > System Status > Rank Math.
If the issue still persists, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.
It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

Thank you.
It’s there now. All set. And thank you for the rapid response during the hour we’re installing and setting up the plugin. Very positive!
