    Hi,

    My Website Rank Math has been displaying an error since I moved the site from staging to production can you please assist me with this?

    I have updated manually that did not work, I have deleted and reinstalled that also didn’t work. I have deleted the cache and updated manually didn’t work either.

    The data sets are empty in your cache. You can wait for the next cronjob (14/07/2020 00:00:00) or Update Manually.

    Note: please update your data by clicking on ‘Update Manually’. Google only stores data from the last 90 days – a dataset older than that can’t be updated anymore.

    Do you have the staging and production sites in the same host? Could you install the plugin WP Control check if you can run the Rank Math Get Analytics cron event in the plugin and if doing it fixes your issue?

    Hi Alberto, thanks for the response.

    I executed the cron job and unfortunately, that didn’t fix the issue.

    I did notice that no actions existed for this cron job rank_math/redirection/clean_trashed. Is that expected?

    Both environments used the same server the site is an exact copy of the staging environment.

    Have you got any more possible solutions?
