    Hi there,

I am reaching out because I was looking at my analytics and something really doesn’t add up.

When I check the search traffic it says 152.7K. Google UA or search console shows something around 1.8K. Both are in the last 30 days.

I found this on your website: Rank Math Uses Different Metrics
Rank Math Analytics uses different metrics to calculate some data points compared to Google. The Traffic report of Google Analytics shows the number of users or sessions from all organic traffic sources. In contrast, Rank Math’s search traffic shows the number of page views by visitors only from Google searches.”

I keep not understanding. Could you help me, please?

    Thanks! Mara

  • Hello,

Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

For initial troubleshooting we need to make sure that the website is having the latest reports from Google Search Console and Google Analytics, so please follow the steps here to import fresh data: https://rankmath.com/kb/delete-old-analytics-data/

If that still doesn’t help, please share a screenshot of Google Search Console from the last 30 days and also one from our Analytics module with the timeframe set to 30 days.

Looking forward to hearing back from you.
