    Rank Math free

    hello RM team,

It’s been a month and a half that Google search has not pulled the data description chain from the posts on the site.
I have been working with the Rankmath system for several years and everything was fine and correct, but recently there was a change and the data description is not displayed in the Google search results, and the new posts are not indexed either.

I have done everything possible so far: Follow Google guide:
I checked the text robot file on the server,
I checked the pages and tags codes at the inspector level and the code looks fine
I contacted the host\storage company to check if there is a server block
I checked that Elementor is configured correctly
I checked the rank math settings.
I checked the settings in the Google search tool

Everything I’ve done so far doesn’t bring positive results and I can’t solve the problem

I would appreciate your support and advice to solve this.

  • Hello,

I’m sorry to hear about the issue you’re facing with Google not pulling the data description from your posts and new posts not being indexed on your site https://rankmath.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/03/index-status-6.jpg Thank you for providing detailed information about the steps you have already taken to troubleshoot the problem.

Based on the information you provided, it seems like you have covered many of the common troubleshooting steps. Since you are experiencing issues with data descriptions and indexing, I recommend checking a few specific areas related to Rank Math that could potentially be causing the problem:

    1. Check Rank Math Metabox: Ensure that the Rank Math Metabox settings are correctly configured for your posts/pages. You can follow the instructions provided in this guide to verify and adjust the settings if needed.

    2. Verify Robots Meta Tag: Make sure that the Robots Meta Tag is not set to “No Index” in the Rank Math Advanced Tab. You can refer to this guide for detailed steps on how to check and update this setting.

    3. Rebuild Index for Analytics: If the Index Status tab is not updating correctly, you can try rebuilding the index for analytics data in Rank Math. Update Rank Math to the latest version, then navigate to Rank Math SEO → Status & Tools → Database Tools and follow the steps mentioned here.

If after checking these areas you still face issues, please assign this ticket to a human agent using the available buttons so that a member of our support team can further assist you in resolving this matter.

Thank you for reaching out to us, and we appreciate your patience as we work to resolve this issue for you.

The only thing I did was Rebuild the index for Analytics, Then i check it is properly linked. And everything looks fine.

I am still have the problem, the problem is not resolved.

    Hello,

Our plugin has already added the meta description (if you check the page source):

    Rank Math support

Please note that it is a pretty common thing with Google these days. It happens with 70% of the results that even if everything’s fine, Google decides to show a different meta information for your search keyword or nothing at all, there is nothing you can do as Google sometimes ignores the custom meta info altogether and show something from the page’s content that matches the search intent better.

To understand more about this, please check this article: https://rankmath.com/kb/different-meta-title-and-description/

Don’t hesitate to get in touch with us if you have any other questions.

Thank you very much for your inspection and verification about the case.
    You helped me a lot.
