Dashboard widget gone

    When I’m on my website’s main dashboard, the rankmath widget isn’t there any more. It seems to have disappeared sometime during or after a migration to a new host. I really liked that main dashboard, so I’d like it back. I’ve tried deleting the plugin, rolling it back, and fresh installs. The widget is MIA, and I can’t get it back. How do I fix this?

    Please check the “Screen Options” on the Dashboard and see if you’re able to find the “Rank Math Overview” option:

    If yes, you can enable it and it should display the widget.

    Could you confirm if you’re checking as an Admin user? If not, please login as an admin user and see if that helps.

    Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.

    I am the admin. The troubleshooting plugin doesn’t work as outlined in your guide; the top bar doesn’t appear (but the Rankmath top bar does). I was able to get to some plugin compatibility information via the site health screen, but no incompatibilities were noted.

    I manually disabled every other plugin on my site, and the dashboard continues to be missing/not available. Everything else seems to be functional. I’ve removed the health check plugin.

    Hello,

    I logged into your website’s admin area and found that the main modules whose data is shown in the widget (404 Monitor, Redirections, and Analytics modules) are disabled and thus the widget was disabled as well.

    Enabling any of these modules gets the widget back again. You can have a look at the screencast in the sensitive data section of this ticket for a quick reference.
