I logged into your website’s admin area and upon investigating, found that you added the code in the child theme but the parent theme was active on your website and thus the added code had no effect.
I went ahead and created a rank-math.php file in the parent theme and added the code from this guide and the shortcode is working properly now: https://rankmath.com/kb/add-current-year-in-post-title/
