  • Hello, we’re sorry to hear that you’re experiencing issues with uploading the CSV file for redirections. The error “missing one or more required columns” usually occurs when the CSV file is not formatted correctly.

To ensure that the CSV file is properly formatted, please make sure that it includes at least the source and destination columns for a redirection to be created and work smoothly. Additionally, the columns can be arranged in any order, but these two are essential for the process to work.

If you’d like, you can refer to our detailed tutorial on how to manage redirects via CSV here for guidance on formatting the CSV file correctly.

If you continue to experience issues after ensuring that the CSV file is correctly formatted, please feel free to upload the file here, and we’ll be happy to take a look and assist you further.

    Hello,

    Thank you for your patience.

The CSV redirect import/export feature is only available using Rank Math PRO, but the account you have used to open this ticket is the Rank Math free version.

Can you please search and forward a receipt from FastSpring.com or the email address you used to purchase so we can locate your account and verify it?

Meanwhile, you can upload the file on https://wetransfer.com/ or any file-sharing service like Google Drive and add the generated link here so we can check.

    Looking forward to helping you.

    Hello,

The file you are using is not a CSV as it’s not using commas as separators for the columns but rather it’s using semicolons.

Also, please make sure that the headers are all lower case for the source, destination, and type.

Last but not least, please make sure that the encoding is only UTF-8 and not UTF-8 with BOM as it currently is.

After that, the import should work correctly.

Don’t hesitate to get in touch if you have any other questions.

Can you help convert it? I have no idea how to do this

    Hello,

    Thank you for your patience.

Here’s a screencast you can follow on how to replace the separator from semi-colon to comma in Notepad (Windows OS) and save the file using Google Sheets: https://i.rankmath.com/v/2WLjdk

You may try uploading the modified file as well at this link: https://we.tl/t-9sVdzZazBB

    Hope that helps.
