I’ve had to have the plugin deactivated for some time now since I cannot edit any posts when it’s active. I always get a critical error report when trying to edit posts/products when it’s activated.

    Running Divi theme.

(I use Rank Math SEO on a sister site which has almost the same setup and theme without any problems, so the problem seems to be limited to Schema Markup Rich Snippets

  • Hello,

Thank you for contacting the support and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.

To determine that, please follow this troubleshooting guide:
    https://rankmath.com/kb/check-plugin-conflicts/

Please let us know if you find the culprit.

Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.

    Looking forward to helping you.

Hi Michael, thanks for the instructions.

I’ve deactivated all plugins using the health check plugin, and set TwentyTwenty as theme. Even though the only plugin I have activated is Woocommerce (and Schema Markup Rich Snippets of course) I still get critical error when trying to edit product.

Note that I can edit posts and pages, so it seems that it is only products that were affected. Tried checking out the settings but was then told that I did not have access. Even though I am admin.

So in short, I’ve uninstalled the plugin and are trying out the full plugin Rank Math SEO instead.

    Hello,

If you want, we can take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
    Sensitive Data Section

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/

You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-security-audit-log/

We really look forward to helping you.

Thanks, but I’ll just use the full plugin.
