Not using any nulled or incompatible themes or plugins.
QUERY:
I’ve tried deleting and installing the plugin numerous times but every time I activate it I get the message above. When in recovery mode, I see an error in two plugins, rank math and woocommerce. Check the image (https://ibb.co/WxrY5Tw) Any ideas what is the real cause of the error?

It looks like both those plugin were not correctly installed or updated.
Please delete them and install them again.
If that doesn’t work, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please include your WP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
