I was able to login to the FTP account but it does not look like your shared any folders for this account since the root directory is empty.
If you have not yet talked to your host, please share the cPanel access instead so that I can check this for you.

There seems to be a conflict between Rank Math and WP Forms Lite on your site which is causing the fatal error when both are activated.
