    Hi,

    I have a pro account and want to add a personal website. But I did purchase credits in the free website account. If I add my free website to the pro account, what happens to my credits on the free account site?

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    In this case, your credits will remain in your FREE Rank Math account and you won’t be able to access them if you add your website ( that belongs to your FREE account ) to your PRO account.

    However, what we can do is suggest you merge both your FREE and PRO account. Once you merge both of your accounts, you should be able to use Content AI credits from you PRO account.

    Can you please share with us both the email addresses for your FREE and PRO account?

    We have merged your accounts as requested.

    Please check on your end if everything is working as expected.

    Please go through this video tutorial that shows you how to get started with your PRO license:

    Steps to be followed:
    1. Ensure that you are logged in to your paid account

    2. Disconnect and reconnect your account from inside WordPress:
    disconnect and reconnect Rank Math
    WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help and click the connect/disconnect and then the connect button.

    You will be taken to RankMath.com again where you can connect your account to activate your license.

    You do not need to remove the free version of the plugin. Everything will be ported over to the PRO version.

    Also, please ensure that there are no Ad-Blockers installed in your browser, or your website is excluded in order to ensure a smooth experience with Rank Math PRO.

    If that does not help, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please open a new ticket here and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
