Then, head over to your Rank Math > Account > Website or visit this URL: https://rankmath.com/my-account/websites/ and check if you are able to see the correct remaining credits.
If the credit count is correct but not reflecting on your website, please disconnect and reconnect your Rank Math account from your WordPress admin area > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help. After doing so, refresh the credits count again in the Content AI section.
If you’ve already tried these steps, and the issue persists, please reply to this ticket, and a human agent from the Rank Math Support team will take over and assist you further.
