  • Hello,

Thank you for contacting Rank Math and bringing your concern to our attention. I’m sorry for any inconvenience this issue may have caused you.

If you’re unable to see the credits on your account, please head over to your Rank Math account here:
    https://rankmath.com/my-account/websites/

If you still have credits remaining, please head over to your website’s dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help, and on this page, please disconnect and reconnect your Rank Math account.

Also, ensure that you have the latest version of Rank Math plugin and refresh the credits using this button upon editing your page:

    refresh

    I hope that helps.

    Thank you.

I have done, this 1st remove the website from my Rankmath profile, and then reconnect the website, via my website and select connect to Rankmath account, this works fine however I don’t see my AI credits, and punching the refresh icon is not helping me! as well.

A small other question, where exactly anyway which file do I inject the following line,

    Hello,

This URL is applied for Rank Math PRO plugin installation via composer and it seems that you are currently using a Free account. Could you please share the email address you used to purchase the PRO license so we can verify it from our end?

With that said, you would need to insert the URL under the package URL in your composer.json file: https://rankmath.com/kb/install-rank-math-pro-with-composer/#num-5-install-rank-math-seo-free-and-pro-with-composer

As for your Credit AI issue, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress login in the designated Sensitive Data section.

Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.
    Sensitive Data Section

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/

You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-security-audit-log/

We really look forward to helping you.
