Credits are dissapearing

    Hi I signed up yesterday to content AI, and I used one credit last night. When i woke up this morning I’m now on 4428 credits, can you tell me why, please?

  • Hi I’ve also tried using it to write some text and it hasn’t generated anything or inserted it.

    I’m using Elementor.

    I think i’ll just take a refund not happy with this service.

    Can you please confirm how you have used the credits?

    Please note that with our new credit system. Keyword Research will not cost you 500 credits and 1 credit per word generated from our Content AI tools.

    We would like to check the issue directly on your website but the login you shared doesn’t seem to be working, we can’t log in to your dashboard. Can you please verify?

    However, if you wish to proceed with the refund, just let us know and we will do it for you.

    As requested, we have initiated a refund on your requested transaction. You should see a credit for the refund appear on your credit card statement anytime between now and the next 5 to 7 business days.

    If you used a debit card for the payment, the refund might take up to 30 days to appear on your statement. Please note that refunds for international transactions can take up to 10 days to appear for credit cards or up to 60 days for debit cards.

    For PayPal, it’s always almost instant.
