thanks for coming back. No, the health of the site is pretty good and no plugins are causing any issues. I recognized following as there are two different types of urls in the 404 monitor, for example:
a) /this/is/a/demo.php (working well and takes me to the redirect page)
b) https://mydomain.com/this/is/a/demo.php (won’t work)
Update:
All In One WP Security Plugin blocked this kind of url … solved
