If you have any caching plugin, please exclude your sitemap URLs from caching and purge your site cache then do the following:
1. Head over to WordPress Dashboard > Settings > Permalinks
Hit the save button once.
2. Go to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Sitemap Settings
Hit the save button once.
That should fix the issue.
You can test your sitemap in a private browser to avoid browser caching and if it works, then resubmit your main sitemap in the GSC.
If the issue persists, please do let us know so we can look at this further
I’m not using any caching plugin and I’m already do what you said, but nothing has change. Still have same issue on GSC

Please change the links per sitemap limit to something else, save the change, check your sitemap, and then change back the limit.
Could you please share your sitemap URL in the sensitive section so we can look into this. You should also try validating it on this link: https://www.xml-sitemaps.com/validate-xml-sitemap.html
If you have followed these and you are able to view your sitemap without any problem, then Rank Math is outputting your sitemap correctly and the error must be coming from Google. You can try and use a 3rd party sitemap plugin to confirm. Just make sure you have disabled the Sitemap module of Rank Math in WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard when using a 3rd party sitemap plugin.
If the other plugin works, please do let us know.

Yes, right now I’m using Yoast because I want to know if I change the plugin, it will give another or same result. But nothing has change after I’m using Yoast, still has same result.

If the other plugin still doesn’t work then it is likely an issue with your site or the GSC.
Have you verified the correct version of your website on Google? Please check if you have verified the www (or non-www) and https (or http) version of your website. If there is a mismatch, please fix that.

Ok then I will wait until 1 more week. If nothing changes, I don’t know what I must to do anymore haha
And I’m also trying 1 week using RankMath and 1 more week with other plugin.

There is nothing wrong with your sitemap.
It is just that Google can sometimes get weird with the information they present in the search console. The child sitemaps might not yet be processed by Google. Please check this link: https://support.google.com/webmasters/thread/18717501?hl=en
With that said, let us know if you are facing any issues with indexing as in your posts are not getting indexed even after a week of publishing and we will check if they are included in the sitemap or not.
