  • Hey there,

Just so that you know, Pantheon server doesn’t allow adding files except for their files folder. So, I am guessing that might be the issue here. Let me know if you find anything here.

    thanks,
    Sujan

    Hello,

Thank you for contacting the support and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

I have been able to replicate your issue, however I cannot troubleshoot your site due to limitation in the provided user access.

Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.

To determine that, please follow this troubleshooting guide:
    https://rankmath.com/kb/check-plugin-conflicts/

Please let us know if you find the culprit.

Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.

    Looking forward to helping you.

    hi Michael,

Thanks for getting back quickly. It seemed to be an issue on Pantheon where we are hosting our site. Pantheon provides 3 environment: dev, test and live. On dev mode you are allowed to add plugins and utilize editor while test is exact replica for live so we don’t have access to live editor or add plugins. Credentials I have sent is for admin user.

So, current context is when on dev mode and sftp mode is enabled on pantheon plugin works perfectly but doesn’t work with test mode. This might be something related to Pantheon not allowing to write on core folders, here are few other plugins where they provide a workaround and I was wondering if we can do the same for Rankmath. Really, love this plugin and want to continue to use as we will be using Pantheon for all of our websites.

    Hello,

It looks like Rank Math Sitemap cache is not getting cleared. Please try adding following filter code in your theme’s functions.php file to disable the Sitemap’s cache:

    add_filter( 'rank_math/sitemap/enable_caching', '__return_false' );

    I hope that helps.

thanks. Will check on it soon.

    Hello,

Thank you for contacting Rank Math today.

Please do and let us know how it goes.

Looking forward to helping you. Thank you.
