I have checked your sitemap and it appears to be working fine and also checked as GoogleBot the network response status is 200 Ok. Could you please remove the existing sitemap from the GSC and resubmit the main sitemap file (sitemap_index.xml) file again and check?

Google would see the changes only once it crawls the website again. As you’ve resubmitted the sitemaps, please wait until Google crawls your website again and see if the issue gets fixed.
With that being said, I checked the robots.txt on your website and I found that you’ve not included the link to the sitemap there. Please add this statement at the end of the robots.txt file: Sitemap: your-domain.com/sitemap_index.xml (please ensure to replace “your-domain.com” with your actual domain).
