  • Hello,

Thank you for contacting Rank Math today.

The shortcode should be added to your content editor. However, depending on how competitive your website sector is, results technically can happen in as little as 4 to 8 weeks with some minor adjustments if you already have claimed your business on Google, your website has some built-in domain authority.

Have a good one and hope this helps

    Hello,

Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

The shortcode should be added to your WP content, however, you can also execute the shortcode within your website’s template file using the do_shortcode function.

Your screenshot is not yet visible on our end, kindly resend it so that I may clearly understand the issue that you are having.

Looking forward to helping you. Thank you.

Please check this link for the screenshot.
All the rich snippet data is coming in the text format on website. I think I am not able to explain you properly.
I am using divi theme. There is no option to add shortcode.
If I put the Shortcode in [Code] module, then it looks weird please check the screenshot for better understanding.

    Hello,

From the screenshot you shared it looks like it’s just some CSS issue, perhaps a conflict with the theme’s CSS. Things like the font color can be fixed easily with a few lines of code added in Customizer > Additional CSS. Please let us know the site URL so we can assist you.

Thank you. Looking forward to helping you.

Can you share 1 screenshot from any website of rich snippet created using rankmath?
I want to see how that shortcode looks on others website.

    HI there,

Apologies for the delay in getting back to you.

Here is an example of how this looks on a test post(person rich snippet):
    null

I hope this info helps. Thank you.

    Hi all,

the very basic question I have is do you have to paste the code into the content and have it visible for it to work? It’s a repetition of info already on the page and looks pretty messy. Is there a way to hide it from site?

This is the page I’m working with

    Hi Justin,

    Thanks for the question.

No it is not really necessary to include the shortcode since the schema data is added to the page source by default.

I hope this info helps. Thank you.

    Thanks Michael,

That’s exactly what I wanted to read.
