  • Hello,

I’m sorry to hear that you are still experiencing Google Search Console issues even after attempting to fix them. There could be several reasons why the issues persist. Some common reasons include:

    1. Incomplete Fix: It’s possible that the initial fix applied was not comprehensive enough to resolve all underlying issues causing the problem.

    2. Delayed Indexing: Sometimes, even after fixing the issues, it may take some time for Google to re-crawl and re-index your website, which can lead to persistent issues in the Search Console.

    3. Ongoing Technical Problems: There might be other technical issues on your website that are affecting its visibility in Google search results.

    4. Algorithm Changes: Google’s algorithms are constantly evolving, and changes in these algorithms can sometimes impact how your website is indexed and displayed in search results.

To address this situation effectively, I recommend the following steps:

    • Double-check the fixes you have implemented to ensure they are correct and comprehensive.
    • Monitor your website’s indexation status using tools like Google Search Console or Rank Math’s Index Status report to identify any new issues.
    • Consider reaching out to our support team directly by clicking here for personalized assistance in troubleshooting and resolving the persistent Google Search Console issues.

If you have any further questions or need additional help, please feel free to ask. We’re here to assist you.

    Hello,

I clicked on the first link above that you sent me about 404 errors. I am uncomfortable in making changes for a few reasons.
    1. I don’t want to mess things up
    2. I don’t know where to send the redirect to.
    3. I don’t understand why I am getting the 404 on pages like “disclosure statement.”

It would be of great help if you could pick a page and make a short video on how this process works. I very much want to correct my own issues but need a little hand holding on the first ones.

Could you make a short video on how to redirect the 404 error and answer the question on the disclosure page.

    Thank you so much.

    Hello,

Fixing the 404 issues is optional so if the affected URL is no longer available on your website, you can ignore the reports from Google. If wish to retain the URL’s ranking authority, we suggest redirecting them to a much more relevant topic instead.

If you see the affected URL in your 404 Monitor log, you can make the redirection there. Here’s a video screencast on how you would do it: https://i.rankmath.com/v/pVigg9

If you can’t think of any relevant topic to redirect to, you can mark the post as 410 instead. Here’s a guide: https://rankmath.com/kb/setting-up-redirections/#maintenance-code

    Looking forward to helping you.
