If your site uses the PRO version under the Agency plan of some other user, you can’t use the Content AI plan you purchase with your account unless you remove the PRO plugin from your site and then connect your site to your account.
You should ask the owner of the Agency plan to purchase Content AI on your behalf. Your Content AI plan is out of the refund period, so a refund in this case will not be possible. If you share the email address of the Agency account, we can move your purchase to that account and you can ask them to assign the credits to your site.
