Content AI isn’t working on my local dev site. I have connected it to my account. The 18000 credits do not show up, and even with the 750 courtesy credits, the Content AI doesn’t work. An error message “Sorry, the request has failed. If the issue persists, please contact our Support for assistance.”

  • Hello,

Thank you for reaching out to us regarding the issue you are facing with Content AI on your local development server.

It seems like there might be a discrepancy in displaying the credits on your local dev site. Since you have already connected your account and the credits are not showing up correctly, we recommend following these steps to troubleshoot the issue:

    1. Check Account Connection: Ensure that you are logged into the correct account that has the 18000 credits allocated. You can verify this by visiting your Rank Math Account section or using this URL: Connected Websites.

    2. Refresh Credits: If the credits are correct in your account but not reflecting on your website, disconnect and reconnect your Rank Math account in your WordPress admin area under Rank Math > Dashboard > Help. After reconnecting, refresh the credits count in Content AI settings.

    3. Error Message: The error message "Sorry, the request has failed…" might indicate a temporary issue. Please try again after refreshing the credits and reconnecting your account.

If after following these steps the issue persists, please let us know so we can further assist you. We are here to help you with any additional support you may need.

Thank you for your understanding, and we appreciate your patience as we work to resolve this issue for you.

I completed the above as requested. Same result. I am connected… my 18000 do not show… the Content AI editor is not working.
