Content AI not working – DOUBLE Subscription

    Content AI Starter

    I ordered Content Ai again at $19 and realized I already have the 1 year $19 subscription. More urgent is that Content Ai is not showing up in the side bar of WordPress (WP 6.0). I reset module and reset account credits. Showing I have credits in my account (56)/

    Refund one account payment or upgrade. Please resolve this issue for me and/or tell me how to get Content Ai to work for me. Thanks.

    Hello,

    Thanks for contacting us and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    Please make sure that you have enabled the Content AI in the Screen Options of your editor:

    And since you have used the credits of your old subscription, if we refund the new subscription, you will only have the 6 credits in your account.

    If you’re using WordPress block editor you can enable the Rank Math Content AI following
    this screencast.
