I am unable to use the Content AI in WordPress. It is connected but it is not accessible. Instead I am asked to sign up. I get the following:

Experience the revolutionary AI-powered Content Editor for unparalleled efficiency. Engage with RankBot, your personal AI Chat Assistant, for real-time assistance.”

The site is triadlaw.com. My account is under Triadlaw. It is not working even though I have subscribed and paid.

Thank you so much for getting in touch.

As requested in your email, we have merged your accounts.

Please reconnect your Rank Math plugin to your Rank Math account. To do that, navigate to your WordPress admin area > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help, disconnect and reconnect your Rank Math account.

Then, please head over to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Content AI and refresh the credits. Here’s a screenshot for reference:

Once done, please go back to using Content AI and it should work without any issues.
