The error message “Your site is blocked. Please contact support” typically indicates that there might be an issue with your account or subscription. To resolve this, please ensure that you are logged in to the correct account that you used to purchase Content AI credits.
Once you’ve confirmed that you are logged in to the correct account, please head over to your WordPress admin area > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help, disconnect and reconnect your Rank Math account. After doing so, please head over to your Content AI and refresh the credits count again so the plugin will request the updated credits from our server and display the correct one.

yesterday I couldn’t use my Credits I was receiving this message
“Your site is blocked. Please contact support” there was 7500 Credits
but now I see there is nothing
