If you’re encountering a limitation where it’s not generating more than 10 descriptions, please ensure that you have entered a number between 1 and 25 in the “Number of Outputs” field, as shown in the screenshot below:

I was having 440 Posts and I have selected 20 posts to generate the bulk description generation and it generated only 10 and paused but the message showing 20 generated successfully but the post count is still same , where it is only generated 10 article’s description.I have mentioned the url below :

Ftp is no longer available in cpanel , you can use the wp file manager plugin for managing the files and changes inside the WordPress.

The reason we prefer the FTP access is so that if anything breaks while we are debugging the issue and your site becomes inaccessible we can quickly restore it without affecting your live site visitors.
You can get in touch with your hosting provider for your FTP access credentials.
