Content AI not connecting

    My Content AI credits are refreshing in my account, despite disconnecting and reconnecting. Please advise how to fix this.

    You can check that in the Websites section of your Rank Math account. Can you please confirm if you have used the credits on your site before making the purchase?

    I had zero credits left. I bought 50 credits. These are showing in my RankMath account but when I refresh my RankMath plugin on WordPress site they are not refreshing so I therefore cannot use the SEO plugin for my blog posts.

    The data shown in your Rank Math account, as presented by my colleague, is 55/55, which means that out of 55 credits, all the 55 credits are already used.

    Could you confirm if you researched keywords after purchasing the credits?

    Thanks for explaining. I think I have misunderstood this then as I have been able to purchase 50 credits recently for $19 but I am now unable to use these as my account doesn’t allow me to use more than 55 credits. Is this correct?

    In order to continue using credits, do I need to upgrade my account or something?

    Please can I request a refund on the credits I have purchased as I am currently unable to use these.

    We have checked the account and we can see this website has used 55 Content AI credits which correlate with the purchase and the Free credits.

    Your account allows you to use unlimited credits but the credits you have bought are already used on the website and that’s why you cannot use more credits.
