Hello,
I just started testing Content AI with the 5 free credits offered with my account. I was able to successfully gain data for one post and see corrections that could be made.
However, on the second attempt to use the keyword research feature, the service did not provide any data and wiped away the remaining 4 credits on my account. Rank Math still tells me to ‘Research Keyword’ even after the credits vanished.
Could you let me know why this happened and if there is a way to avoid it? I was interested in the service but am hesitant to upgrade to the pro version or purchase credits if they will disappear randomly.

Thank you for contacting the support, and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.
Can you please head over to your rankmath.com Account > Website or visit this URL: https://rankmath.com/my-account/websites/?
Check if you are able to see the correct remaining credits. See my screenshot below for reference:
If the credit count is correct but not on your website, please head over to your WordPress admin area > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help, disconnect and reconnect your paid Rank Math account again.
If that doesn’t help you, please head over to your Content AI and refresh the credits count so the plugin will request the updated credits from our server and displays the correct one.
