    Thank you for reaching out to us. We’re sorry to hear that you’re experiencing issues with Content AI after your purchase.

    As you might know, we recently released a revamped version of Content AI, and you might need to refresh the credits to start using it. Please head over to WordPress Dashboard → Rank Math → General Settings → Content AI and refresh the credits. Here’s a screenshot for reference:

    Once done, please go back to using Content AI, and it should work without any issues.
