Content AI Error & Credits Used

    I have an error with Content AI, I keep getting the message “Sorry, the request has failed. If the issue persists please contact our Support for Assistance”.

    No further explanation, I wish I could upload attachments here. Meanwhile, I noticed that my credits keep getting used and I’ve sent 5000 credits with nothing to show for it.

    Thank you for your query and we are so sorry about the trouble this must have caused.

    Assuming that the PRO version is already installed on your website, please reconnect the website with the correct account to fully utilize all the features.

    You can disconnect your account by navigating to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help and then simply disconnect the account by clicking on Disconnect Account.

    Once you’ve disconnected your Rank Math account, you can connect it again in the same settings. In order to connect your correct account, click on Connect Now.

    Once you click on Connect Now, please ensure that you’ve selected the correct account and then click on OK, Activate Now, as shown below.

    Then head over to WordPress Dashboard → Rank Math → General Settings → Content AI and refresh the credits. Here’s a screenshot for reference:

    Once done, please go back to using Content AI and it should work without any issues.

    If the issue persists, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

    Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.

    Hi there; thank you for the update. The Content AI feature works now, however, I’ve lost a few thousand credits when it was producing an error. I do not see any history for the output of the content generated when I was seeing errors.

    Can you reinstate the lost credits?

    The error shouldn’t deduct the current credits you have.

    Please head over to your WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Content AI > History tab and share full screenshots of items you see there. This is so we can review it first.
