    Hi Guys

    I have Content AI since last year when it was launched in September but I am unable to allocate any credits to my sites and they all show 0 credits available.

    How can I enable these please as your instruction to apply credits per site applies to the Agency dashboard which I do not have. All my sites show Content AI Credits Not Available but I have enabled the AI feature.

    This subscription is not worth it if I am unable to access it.

    If you are facing difficulties in allocating credits to your sites and all of them show 0 credits available, there might be a need to refresh the credits to start using Content AI.

    Since you mentioned that the instruction to apply credits per site applies to the Agency dashboard, and you do not have access to it, you can still refresh the credits directly from your WordPress Dashboard by following these steps:

    1. Go to WordPress Dashboard.
    2. Navigate to Rank Math → General Settings → Content AI.
    3. Refresh the credits from there.

    After refreshing the credits, please check if you can allocate them to your sites successfully. This should enable you to access and use the Content AI feature without any issues.

    Thanks for this response but that does not work. If I try and refresh the page credits it just redirects me to the https://rankmath.com/content-ai/ page to purchase credits. My plan has 7500 credits a month which I have been unable to use as your system does not appear to be making the correct authentications.

    Please advise how this can be resolved as my account shows 7500 unused credits monthly as these are unable to be consumed?

    I have the Content AI Starter plan.

    Hi Guys

    Just to advise I uninstalled the plugin and tried reinstalling it and reconnecting and it shows a a “the response is not a valid JSON response” box when first connecting but appears to be not connecting. After that it does not show any error but it will not make a connection for the AI. The website shows in the Rank Math dashboard as connected

    Hello,

    Thank you for your query and we are so sorry about the trouble this must have caused.

    Please note that the allocation of AI credits is only possible for the Business and Agency plan. You have the Free plan at the moment and the Content AI Starter.

    However, you should still be able to use your credits for all your websites.

    Can you please let us know which specific website you are having trouble using the credits?

    It is not the specific allocation of credits that I am trying to resolve just actually getting the site yo connect to the RankMath AI to actually use any credits that I have on the subscription. This is the site which does not connect https://seniorlifebalance.com/

    Hello,

    We have manually disconnected the website from our end. Now, please try to reconnect your website with your Rank Math account by navigating to WordPress Dashboard → Rank Math SEO → Dashboard → Help and then click on Connect Now.

    Once you click on Connect Now, please ensure that you’ve selected the correct account and then click on OK, Activate Now, as shown below. In case you’ve multiple Rank Math licenses associated with your Rank Math account, then you can click the License drop-down to choose your preferred license to activate on this website.

    Also, please make sure that you are running the latest version of Rank Math plugin.

    Let us know if this fixes the issue.
