Then, head over to Content AI and refresh the credits count so the plugin will request the updated credits from our server:

I followed your instructions and it’s not working.
After reconnecting my Rank Math account to my site, I stil don’t see the credits I bought after refreshing.

Check if you are able to see the correct remaining credits. See my screenshot below for reference:

If you don’t see the credits on your Rank Math account, you may have accidentally purchased the credits using a different email.

You are correct. The credits are not showing on that page.
I’m sure it was purchase with a different email.
I just followed the instructions from the WordPress RankMath plugin.
I did informed your colleague my 2 email accounts in my first email to you:

I purchased the credits with my paypal account: b**********@g********.

I think this is a very simple “problem” that is not supposed to take 4 emails to resolve.
Is the Content AI credit I purchased with the paypal account: b**********@g******** not traceable?
I need the credits to show up in my site panel so I can use them when I’m editing my posts.
This is taking too many days. Please resolve this issue asap.

I was able to check that the credits were purchased using the account associated with your PayPal email address. I have transferred your purchase to this account.
