To address this problem, please ensure that you have logged in to the correct account that you used to purchase the Content AI subscription.
After confirming your account, kindly navigate to your WordPress admin area, then go to Rank Math > Dashboard > Help, and disconnect and reconnect your Rank Math account following the steps provided in the screenshot below:

Once you have successfully reconnected your account, please head over to your Content AI settings and refresh the credits count as shown in this screenshot:

By refreshing the credits count, the plugin will request the updated credits from our server and display the correct count for your usage.
