    Hello, there. I already have an account with you and when I purchased more AI content credits, I think it opened a new account. I purchased the credits using the email address s***@s********************** but my main account is under s******************@g******** (Google login).

    I purchased the credits to use on my site https://www.happynaturalmama.com

    Can you help me out?

    Hello,

    Thanks for contacting the support.

    You can connect your new account to your site to use the credits. You will have to navigate to WP Dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help and there disconnect & reconnect your Rank Math account. If you want, we can transfer the credits to your old account.
