    I purchased content AI credits but I can’t figure out how to use them. In the post editor in WordPress, it says I have 0 credits. I click refresh and it stays at zero. I tried to “allocate” credits to my site but I don’t see that option in my account. Let me know what step I’m missing.

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math, and sorry for any inconvenience caused.

    You can check the content AI credits here:
    https://rankmath.com/my-account/websites/

    Please go to WordPress dashboard > Rank Math dashboard > Help > Disconnect and Connect again with your Rank Math account.

    Then, head over to Content AI and refresh the credits count so the plugin will request the updated credits from our server:
    refresh
