    I purchased Content AI credits last year. And when I look in my dashboiard or wordpress I can see I have 77 credits, which I have not been able to use. Can you connect these to my account. I already have the module turned on in my Rankmath Dashboard. I just need to be able to use the credits I purchased.

    To connect the credits to your account, please ensure that you are logged in to the correct account that you used to purchase the credits. Then, head over to your Rank Math account area by visiting this URL: Rank Math Account Area.

    Check if you are able to see the correct remaining credits. If the credit count is correct but not reflecting on your website, please disconnect and reconnect your Rank Math account by following the steps outlined in this guide: How to Restore Missing Content AI Credits.

    After reconnecting your account, please head over to your Content AI and refresh the credits count again so the plugin will request the updated credits from our server and display the correct one.

    We are not able to see any Content AI subscription on your account. Can you please confirm if you purchased the Content AI subscription with some other email address?

    If so, please share the email address that you used to purchase the subscription or you can search and forward the receipt from FastSpring.com so we can locate your account and check the issue.
