But this link shows yearly pricing. I want to know if these credits renew its limit monthly or am I allowed 150 credits for the whole year?

Rank Math does not have a monthly subscription, as all of our plans and Content AI credits are renewed every year.
In your example, 150 credits are available for the whole year. Please also note that the unused credits will not be carried forward and will expire/renew at the same time.
