    Hello,
    I have the free version and I bought “75 credits” of “content AI” for my website, but I can’t update the credits on my site, when I bought it through paypal I had to put the email in my paypal account and that’s not the e-mail that I use in google for my website, I don’t know if that has something to do with it.
    My site is connected to my Rank Math account, but I can’t get the credits to work
    Could you please help me?

    Thanks for contacting us, and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    In order to fix this issue, Please make sure you’ve logged in to the account that you’ve used to purchase Content AI credits.

    If so, please head over to your Rank Math Account > Website or visit this URL: https://rankmath.com/my-account/websites/

    Check if you are able to see the correct remaining credits. See my screenshot below for reference:

    If the credit count is correct but not on your website, please head over to your WordPress admin area > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help, disconnect and reconnect your Rank Math account again.

    After doing so, please head over to your Content AI and refresh the credits count again so the plugin will request the updated credits from our server and displays the correct one.

    Hello,
    Thanks for the answer, I already did it, it’s in your tutorials, but it still doesn’t work, I think it’s because of my email, I have another account that I forgot I had opened with the email I use for google analytics and I paid with a different email account, is there a way to fix it? It is possible to transfer the balance of the account to my other account.
    If not, I will need you to refund my money and then I will pay with the correct account.

    Hello,

    The credits are associated with the account that you are using to open this ticket, so assuming that you are connecting the website to this account the credits should appear on the website.

    If you are not able to do so please share the WP credentials in the sensitive data section of this ticket so we can check the situation in more detail on the website.
