    I purchased Content AI credits, but the credits are not showing up on my site’s Rank Math. What should I do?

    Thank you for contacting the support, and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    Can you please head over to your rankmath.com Account > Website or visit this URL: https://rankmath.com/my-account/websites/?

    Check if you are able to see the correct remaining credits. See my screenshot below for reference:

    If the credit count is correct but not on your website, please head over to your WordPress admin area > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help, disconnect and reconnect your Rank Math account again.

    After doing so, please head over to your Content AI and refresh the credits count again so the plugin will request the updated credits from our server and displays the correct one.

    Apparently I bought the wrong one.

    I made an account when I created a new site with.

    Is it possible to combine the subscriptions of the two accounts to main account?

    We don’t have any account in our system with the main email address you mentioned in the sensitive data section.

    This account you are currently using already has the credits and if you would like to change the email address of this account you can do so from here: https://rankmath.com/my-account/edit-account/

    After that, follow the steps mentioned above to connect the websites to the account and use the available credits.
