Hello,
Thank you for contacting Rank Math, and sorry for any inconvenience caused.
Please make sure that you are using the latest version of Rank Math:
https://rankmath.com/changelog/free/Then, go to the Rank Math dashboard and ensure that the Content AI Module is enabled.
Here is a guide you can follow to use Content AI:
https://rankmath.com/kb/how-to-use-content-ai/Hope that helps.
Looking forward to helping you.
I’m getting ‘No data found for the researched keyword’every time I research.
Hello,
Can you please share the keyword that you are trying to research?
Looking forward to helping you.
Thanks.
Drill Brush Power Scrubber
I put cat in and still didn’t get any results.
Hello,
I have researched the keyword –
Drill Brush Power Scrubber
and the Content AI fetched the results for this keyword successfully. Please have a look at this screencast – https://i.rankmath.com/61Q8ai
In order to check why Content AI is not fetching results on your site, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.
It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/
You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):
https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-security-audit-log/
We really look forward to helping you.
Thank you.
Here is the temporary login link:
I see you’ve fixed the problem. Thanks for that.
Hello,
Glad to hear that we were able to help.
If you have another question in the future, please feel free to create a new forum topic, and it will be our pleasure to assist you again.
Thank you.
Can you tell me what you did to fix the problem because I’m having the same issue again.
Hello,
My colleague hasn’t reported any steps that fix the issue before. The screencast was coming from a localhost test site to test the affected keyword you shared which seems to be working fine.
For us to further investigate, can you please share the affected post/page where your AI keyword is entered?
Looking forward to helping you on this one.

I’m using Vultr for my serving needs.
I’m also using cloudflare.
Hello,
I apologize for not explaining the steps that I took to fix the issue.
As you can see in my previous reply that the Content AI was researching for keywords correctly on my local installation, which is why I asked you for the login credentials of your site.
Once you shared that with me, I logged in to the site and cleared the Rank Math Transients by going to Rank Math > Status & Tools > Database Tools > Remove transients.
Post that, the Content AI was functioning correctly on your site.
However, I have checked the post that you have shared now – https://gadgetgasm.org/wp-admin/post.php?post=6221&action=edit, and it seems that the Content AI credits are not being displayed.
In order to fix this, could you please follow the below-mentioned steps:
Can you please head over to your rankmath.com Account > Websites or visit this URL: https://rankmath.com/my-account/websites/?
Check if you are able to see the correct remaining credits. See my screenshot below for reference:
If the credit count is correct on rankmath.com Account > Websites, but is showing incorrectly on your site, then please follow the below-mentioned steps:
1. Please disconnect and reconnect your site to Rank Math. You can do that from WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help.
Have a look at the below screenshot for your reference –
2. After doing so, please head over to your Content AI and refresh the credits count again so the plugin will request the updated credits from our server and displays the correct one.
Have a look at the below screenshot for your reference –
Please let us know how it goes and if you are able to research keywords in Content AI after following the above steps.
Looking forward to helping you.
Thank you.
It’s working ok now. Will I have to do this each time I edit a product page? How’s the best way to use this. It seems to be contradicting the basic seo results that I’ve got. Lowering the overall score rather than improving it.
