Content AI blurred out when subscription is active. Please help

    I have content AI starter plan and my blog posts don’t seem to allow me to use it. That area is blurred out with a promotion to learn more about it. I have an active Content AI subscription and the app installed. I have been using it for 2+ years. Everything was fine until my subscription renewed. Now on my posts the Content AI section is blurred out and it says “Learn More”. I tried reconnecting my Rank Math account and making sure all settings are correct and they are. How can I fix this?

    I tried reconnecting Rank Math and that doesn’t seem to be solving the issue.

    I also tried deactivating my cache plugin and that didn’t solve it either.

    None of the solutions from the support bot worked. When I try to refresh the credits, I get an error that says: “The response is not a valid JSON response.”

    I would like assistance from a human being.
